Eric Bailey offers Visionary Mentoring services to a small, select group of clients. With these participants Eric creates a special, one-on-one mentoring relationship. It begins with identifying areas of their lives they want to improve. Then he gives them the tools they need to make lasting changes. Based on the Ten Visionary Ps and with a complete toolbox of psychological and organizational tools and techniques, Eric helps Visionary Mentoring participants go from ordinary to extraordinary.
Every month new principles and practices are introduced that build on preceding lessons. By the end of the ten-month Visionary Mentoring period, participants can look back and see how far they've come,... feeling like a different person... and living a new life!

Format
Every month Visionary Mentoring program participants receive:
- Two 30-minute, in-depth personal coaching sessions with Eric over the phone
- A one-hour "power" session with Eric via videoconferencing software
- One 20-minute motivational podcast that addresses the goals you've set with Eric and how techniques to help achieve them
- Ongoing email contact with Eric throughout the month for any questions you might have regarding your progress (up to 10 emails per month)
To begin, a representative from Eric's Visionary Team will send you a detailed questionnaire and schedule a brief introductory consultation. This initial consultation helps Eric determine what your particular goals and challenges are. From this he then decides how to set up the mentoring program to help you best achieve these. Mentoring sessions can take place in the form of phone calls, emails or face-to-face meetings via videoconferencing software.
These sessions are available at an agreed time for the 10-month period and are scheduled in advance every month.
