To begin, a representative from our Visionary Team will send you a detailed questionnaire and schedule a brief introductory consultation. This initial consultation helps us determine what your particular goals and challenges are. From this we then decide how to set up the mentoring program to help you best achieve these. Mentoring sessions can take place in the form of random phone calls, emails or face-to-face meetings via videoconferencing software. This program is available for a 12-month period .
